As a chill lingers in the air, it’s time to break out the Halloween inspired cocktails. Below are some of our favorite Halloween character inspired and Autumnal cocktails.

Sandeman Tawny Porto

Averell Damson Gin

0.5 oz

Lemon Juice

0.5 oz

Monin Orgeat

Fee Bros Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Once filled – add the remaining into a carafe on ice. No garnish.

Based off the 1931 Bela Lugosi interpretation, the I Am Dracula … I Bid You Welcome is a fragrant mix of warm spiced plums and bright currants with a hints of almonds. The body is light and bright, making the cocktail refreshing and simultaneously autumnal. The ruby red color is also perfect for a bloody good time.

Giffard Blue Curacao

0.5 oz

Lime Juice

0.25 oz

Vanilla Simple Syrup

4 oz

FOCO Mango Nectar

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into double rocks glass over a large ice cube. No garnish.

Slimer might look a mean green, but it’s a beautifully tropical mix of flavors. The notes of vanilla, peppery tequila, and bright lime shine through to bring a kick through the sweetness. Just like Slimer, the body is delightfully round. With hints of creaminess from the vanilla, this easy to make drink will keep your guests happily saying that they ain’t ‘fraid of no ghosts!

Giffard Blue Curacao

1 Dash

Del Maguay Vida

3 Drops

Saline

Egg White

2 oz

Club Soda

Sugar

Sprinkle sugar on a plate. Using the lime to rim a Collins glass, roll the edge of the glass through the sugar. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except Club Soda. With 1 -2 ice cubes, seal the shaker and shake hard for 20 seconds. Unseal the shaker, add ice. Seal the shaker, and shake hard for another 30 seconds. Unseal the shaker and add the Club Soda. Double strain into the rimmed Collins glass.

Just like Frankenstein’s monster, Frankenstein is the stitching together of a Silver Fizz and a Pineapple Margarita. The net result is an ethereal and airy drink that’s bursting with flavor. The bright character shows of pops of tropical fruit, peppery spice, touches of exotic oranges, and just the slightest hint of vanilla and smoke. Deviously delicious, the Frankenstein will have you looking like a mad scientist.
