Sprinkle sugar on a plate. Using the lime to rim a Collins glass, roll the edge of the glass through the sugar. In a shaker, combine all ingredients except Club Soda. With 1 -2 ice cubes, seal the shaker and shake hard for 20 seconds. Unseal the shaker, add ice. Seal the shaker, and shake hard for another 30 seconds. Unseal the shaker and add the Club Soda. Double strain into the rimmed Collins glass.

Almond Extract

Whipped Cream
Prepare the Swiss Miss Rich Hot Chocolate in accordance with the stovetop directions on the packet using milk. Once combined, remove from heat, and stir in 3 drops of Almond Extract. Pour into your favorite mug or heat resistant glass. Using a piping bag or a ziploc bag with the corner snipped off, add 1-2 layers of strawberry whipped cream. Feel free to add any other embellishments to the whip cream, including hot fudge, caramel, sprinkles, or candies.
