- 2.5 oz Bourbon or Rye
- 1.25 oz Carpano Antica (Sweet Vermout)
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- Dash Fee Bros Old Fashioned Bitters
- Luxardo Cherry (Garnish)
Combine all ingredients, stir with ice, strain into a coupe. Garnish with Luxardo Cherry.
- Salt + Water (for Rim)
- 2 oz Reposado or Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz Lime
- .75 oz Cointreau
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
Prep glass with salt rim by dipping rim in water then in salt. Combine all ingredients in shaker & shake with ice. “Dirty Dump” contents into glass & enjoy!

Run tap. Fill water bowl to desired amount. Place bowl on floor. Do a trick for the biscuit on the side. Enjoy!
